Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Verification at Delivery: To ensure legal compliance, our courier partners are instructed to perform physical ID verification at the doorstep. Delivery will be denied if the recipient is a minor.
- Failed Delivery: If delivery is denied due to age non-compliance, two-way shipping costs and a 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Timeline: Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 Hours. Metro delivery takes 3–5 Days, while the rest of India takes 5–7 Days.
