Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Consumables: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all flavored molasses, consumables, and sealed accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the package seal is broken.
  • Hardware Returns: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects in hardware or glassware.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A continuous unboxing video (showing the package seal being broken) is mandatory for any damage claims. Please send the video to cloud9hukka@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or until they are marked as Dispatched.
  • Partial COD Policy: To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure serious intent, all 'Pay on Delivery' orders require a mandatory non-refundable Commitment Fee (or as specified at checkout).
  • This fee is part of the total order value and will be adjusted against the final invoice.
  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery, this fee will be forfeited by the customer to compensate for two-way logistics and handling costs.
